Project Quality Engineer – Automotive

About the Role
1. Develop and implement quality management plans to ensure the project meets quality standards and customer requirements.
2. Participate in product design reviews and manufacturing process evaluations, provide quality improvement suggestions, and track their implementation.
3. Ensure quality control in the production process, monitor and analyze key quality indicators, and promptly identify and resolve quality issues.
4. Responsible for handling quality exceptions, developing corrective and preventive actions to prevent reoccurrence.
5. Participate in supply chain quality management, evaluate and supervise suppliers’ quality performance, and ensure that raw materials and components meet quality requirements.
6. Lead and support internal teams in quality training to enhance employees’ quality awareness and skill levels.
7. Participate in quality cost analysis, continuously improve quality management processes, reduce quality costs, and improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and yield rates.
