Key Responsibilities :-
- Troubleshoot & repair machine breakdowns at customer sites
- Perform maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
- Support machine installation & customer training
- Provide after-sales service and technical support
Requirements :-
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided!)
- Hands-on, willing to learn, and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication & teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to interact with principals and customers in China and Taiwan).
