Testing Engineer

About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for testing and commissioning of data center cooling equipment, including startup, functional testing, parameter setting, and system verification.
2. Complete equipment inspections, controller settings, operational parameter adjustments, and performance tests as required by the project.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and other suppliers for joint commissioning and system testing.
4. Provide after-sales technical support, fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance for delivered equipment.
5. Analyze equipment alarms and faults, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
6. Perform part replacements, software/firmware upgrades, and equipment optimization as needed.
7. Prepare technical documents such as commissioning records, test reports, and Field Service Reports.
8. Assist in RCA analysis for major or recurring faults and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
9. Coordinate with project and technical teams to resolve on-site technical issues.
10. Provide equipment operation and basic technical training to clients and O&M personnel as needed.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, HVAC, or related fields.
2. Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
3. Strong hands-on skills, fault-finding ability, and problem-solving capability.
4. Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
5. Experience with HVAC, CRAH/CRAC, precision air conditioning, CDU, FWU, liquid cooling, or data center equipment is preferred.
6. Experience in Testing & Commissioning, Field Service, after-sales repair, or equipment commissioning is preferred.
7. Outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.
8. Able to work on project sites and travel as necessary.
9. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive learning attitude, and ability to solve problems independently.
