QUANTITY SURVEYOR

About the Role

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates and cost plans.
• Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Review and analyze contracts, tender documents, quotations and pricing schedules.
• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tenders and quotations.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Handle procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractor quotations, claims and payments.
• Prepare final accounts and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of quantity surveying, costing, tendering and contract administration.
• Good numerical, analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Willing to work in Singapore.

Salary Range (SGD): $2,800- $3,800
