About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and tender documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
– Monitor contract deliverables, timelines, and obligations, escalating potential risks or issues to senior team members.
– Assist in tracking project costs, preparing cost summaries, and processing variation orders to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
– Verify and process contractor claims, progress payments, and final accounts under the guidance of senior team members.
– Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve contract-related queries and support smooth project execution.
– Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support effective contract administration and audit requirements.
