About the Role
PANAS EXPRESS – RENOVATION OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP
Panas Express is looking for motivated Internship / Industrial Training students to join our Renovation Operations Team.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to real renovation projects while introducing students to a more structured, technology-driven approach to renovation project management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in managing and monitoring renovation project progress
• Monitor site progress, work status and project documentation
• Coordinate and follow up with contractors and relevant parties
• Record site updates, photos and project information
• Assist with renovation quality and workmanship monitoring
• Use our digital renovation management system to update and track project information
• Support the team in improving renovation processes through systemisation, automation and standardisation
• Assist with other project coordination and renovation-related tasks when required
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Students pursuing Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Civil / Construction-related programmes, Interior Architecture / Interior Design or other relevant Built Environment programmes
• Internship / Industrial Training students are welcome
• Fresh-minded, responsible and willing to learn
• Comfortable working with technology and digital systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to visit renovation sites when required
• Prior renovation or construction experience is an advantage but not required
