About Glodon Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

Full Company Profile

Glodon is a global leader in digitalization and AI solutions for the architecture, engineering, construction, and operations (AECO) industry. Glodon delivers software, hardware, solutions, and services that support the full project lifecycle for stakeholders across the global AECO ecosystem.

Glodon’s solutions are applied to projects across sectors ranging from building construction and infrastructure to new energy, water conservancy, power, oil and petrochemicals, metallurgy, and coal, as well as the renewal of buildings, roads, and underground utilities.

Founded in 1998, Glodon has nearly three decades of experience in advancing digitalization across the AECO industry. The company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010 (Stock Code: 002410), becoming China’s first A-share listed company focused on construction software and digital solutions.

Glodon began its global expansion in 2008 and today serves customers in more than 100 countries and regions, with subsidiaries, offices, and R&D centers across markets including the United States, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Italy, France, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. By the end of 2025, Glodon had served more than 500,000 enterprise customers and supported over 7 million construction projects, reaching more than 18 million end users worldwide.

Across the project lifecycle, Glodon brings traditionally separate disciplines and project stages closer together through integrated applications. Multi-discipline design integration supports better coordination and more efficient design; design-cost integration helps reduce design redundancy and unnecessary costs; and design-construction integration enables more digitalized, refined project management and higher-quality delivery. By connecting data throughout these processes, Glodon helps enterprises make better-informed decisions, control costs, and improve business performance.

Glodon’s products are underpinned by proprietary core technologies. Built around DATA+AI, the company has developed three core platforms. The Digital Twin Platform provides the foundational capability to accurately represent the physical world in digital form. The Business Platform connects fragmented processes across design, cost, and construction by linking systems and data. It enables integrated collaboration, intelligent optimization, and reusable platform capabilities for Glodon products, customer-built systems, and partner applications. The Industrial AI Platform combines Glodon’s proprietary, industry-specific large language models, domain expertise, and low-code tools to embed AI into core AECO workflows, including design, bidding, cost, and construction, turning AI from a standalone tool into a built-in driver of business productivity.

Glodon collaborates with industry and technology partners to build an open ecosystem, providing systematic, platform-based, and intelligent digital solutions for the AECO industry. This accelerates the adoption of digital technologies and AI applications across the industry, enabling every project to succeed and every professional to achieve more.
