Sales Executive

About the Role

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the precision engineering and manufacturing sectors.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product or capability briefings.
• Understand customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and project needs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and QA teams to prepare quotations and technical proposals.
• Prepare and submit quotations, costing, and commercial proposals.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, purchase orders, and sales opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with customers.
• Monitor sales orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry networking activities.
