About the Role

• Tendering, contract & subcontract in Civil & Building, Archi, infra & MEP works
• Review of scope of work, project Preamble, Drawings and Specifications.
• Material Take off and Procurement
• Prepare & submit Progress Claim, Certify Subcontractor’s claim
• Assessment of Variation Order
• Determine and Monitoring Project cost

  Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

IKRAR JAYA BINA SDN BHD was established in August 2009. Previously known as Ikrar Jaya Construction since 2007, it has mainly participated in civil works in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries. Over the years, Ikrar Jaya Construction has been awarded several projects, including the Melaka Refinery PSR-2 Revamp/MG3/Cogen Expansion/HPU projects, all of which have been successfully completed
on time and to a high standard.
In view of future expansion, Ikrar Jaya Bina Sdn Bhd (IJBSB) has been established to embrace new challenges and achieve a brighter vision. Since August 2009, IJBSB has undertaken several major projects, including Emery Oleochemical Lot 1 & Tangerine 2, Shell Hijau Gasoil, Kimanis Combined Cycle Power Project, MLNG New Boiler Project, FGRU project at Gas Processing Plant Complex A & B, Marlin BOG project, Emery Strawberry 3 project, Tank 7 NJ-PAF project, MLNG Train 9 project, Rapid Package 22-Tank Foundation project, Rapid Package 30A Additional Olefins Storage Facilities project, Track 4A Power Plant project, Tanjung Bin ATB-Processing Unit project and Sarawak Methanol project & Shell Rosmari & Marjoram OGP project.
