About the Role

Tendering & Contracts Administration

  • Prepare and submit detailed quotations, tender documents, and pre-qualification proposals.

  • Review Letters of Award (LOA) and identify unfavorable terms to request necessary contractual amendments.

  • Support the project execution team by preparing Variation Orders (VOs).

  • Obtain sub-contractor quotations and accurately log open pile unit rates into dedicated ringsheets.

Document Control & Records Management

  • Maintain comprehensive hardcopy and digital filing systems for tenders and quotations (including CIDB registrations and quotation tracking references).

  • Centralize incoming Request for Quotation (RFQ) emails on the company server for team access.

  • Maintain and systematically update client quotation databases for executive review.

  • Routinely update company profile literature and promotional credentials.

Communication & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Attend tender-related client meetings and presentations alongside senior management.

  • Disseminate new project briefs across internal project communication channels.
