About the Role

1. Accounts Payable (AP) & Creditor Management

• Verify external vendor, contractor, and supplier invoices against project documentation.

• Key entries accurately into accounting software and assist with payment batching.

• Prepare payment vouchers, payment listings, and cash flow estimations for management verification.

• Process self-billed invoices and maintain internal approval workflows for timely disbursements.

• Manage physical and digital filing systems for audit readiness.

2. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Invoicing

• Draft and issue outgoing customer invoices based on verified project progress reports.

• Submit draft billing for internal review and manager approval prior to final issuance.

• Maintain structured filing for all project certificates, contracts, and issued billing documents.
