About the Role
Job Responsibilties
1. Support product demo sessions, covering technical demand exploration, livedemonstration and Q&A.
2. Deliver professional product training to end users; track product usage of key clients andcontinuously lift customer satisfaction.
3. Provide customized project guidance for key clients based on their business demands.
4. Develop technical documents for product demos and training activities.
5. Cooperate with cross-functional teams to organize offline & online marketing events.
6. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering,Architectural Engineering or related fields; BIM and digital construction capabilities arepreferred.
2. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills;able to work under pressure and collaborate within teams; results-driven andcustomer-centric mindset.
3. Strong self-motivated learning ability and independent problem-solving skills, withproactive and positive working attitude.
4. Fluent English communication; basic Mandarin speaking ability is a plus.
