About the Role

Position: Executive, Flour Technical Service
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Salary Range: RM3,500 – RM5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers regarding flour products and applications.
• Visit customer premises regularly to understand their operations and requirements.
• Gather customer feedback, market trends, product performance insights, and competitor information.
• Work closely with Management, Quality Control, R&D, Production, and Marketing teams to address customer needs.
• Attend to customer enquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Candidates with experience in flour-based applications and/or bakery products will have an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to support a diverse customer base.
• Willing to travel regularly within Johor, Melaka, and Singapore.
• Comfortable working in various food manufacturing environments, including non-halal facilities where required.
• Comfortable conducting product evaluation and sensory assessment activities as part of technical support and product application work.
• Able to work independently and provide technical support at customer sites.
• Willing to attend to urgent customer matters outside normal working hours when necessary.
