Supplier Quality Executive

About the Role

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field.
2. At least 1–2 years’ experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment.
3. Basic understanding of fabrication, welding, painting, or assembly processes.
4. Able to read and understand basic drawings and specifications.
5. Knowledge of inspection process and quality control methods.
6. Basic understanding of NCR and defect reporting.
7. Good communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal team.
8. Able to prepare simple reports and follow-up actions.
9. Willing to travel for supplier visits and inspection.

Responsibilities:
1. Support monitoring of supplier quality performance for incoming materials and components.
2. Assist in conducting supplier inspections and site visits.
3. Raise and follow up Supplier NCR for quality issues.
4. Collect and verify supplier documents (inspection report, material cert, test report).
5. Coordinate with QC Engineer and IPQC on supplier-related issues.
6. Record and track supplier quality data and defects.
7. Follow up supplier corrective actions and responses.
8. Ensure incoming materials meet approved drawings and specifications.
9. Support improvement actions to reduce supplier defects.
10. Assist in preparing supplier quality reports.
11. Perform any other duties assigned by superior or management.
