Job Description

• Work in a fast-paced environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Report to the Production Lead.
• Perform workshop assembly and provide support during sea trials.
• Contribute to improving production processes and methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and test components and prototypes.
• Document results and maintain quality standards through updated SOPs.
• Support Engineering in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Manage warehouse and logistics, including inventory and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant workspace.
• Assist with additional technical and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proactive and able to work independently and in teams.
• Skilled in soldering, crimping, and assembly.
• NITEC/Diploma preferred.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
