About the Role
Responsibilities
- Product Quotation: Prepare quotations for new products and engineering changes.
- Process Planning: Review customer drawings, plan machining processes, and design tooling/fixtures.
- Engineering Change: Manage ECN activities and implement technical changes.
- PPAP Documentation: Prepare and maintain PPAP documents (PFMEA, Control Plan, etc.) and identify key characteristics.
- Programming: Prepare CNC programs, tool lists, conduct risk assessments, and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to production teams and suppliers.
