About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on time, within scope and budget.
- Prepare project documentation, reports and meeting minutes.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and authorities.
- Assist in cost control, site supervision and quality assurance.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (basic).
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Willing to work on site.
