About the Role
Resident Engineer – 1st Level Support
Requirements:
- This vacancy is open to Malaysian ONLY
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Information System or equivalent
- Strong understanding of computer and laptop hardware components, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Able to perform structured troubleshooting and resolve escalated hardware issues independently
- Good communication skills and ability to document technical work clearly
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, etc.) are an added advantage but not mandatory
