Resident Engineer – 1st Level Support

Requirements:

  • This vacancy is open to Malaysian ONLY
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Information System or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of computer and laptop hardware components, diagnostics, and repair procedures
  • Able to perform structured troubleshooting and resolve escalated hardware issues independently
  • Good communication skills and ability to document technical work clearly
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, etc.) are an added advantage but not mandatory
