Order Management Executive

About the Role

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate delivery schedules with the logistics team.
• Ensure documents such as Delivery Order (DO), Invoice and Packing List are prepared accurately.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status.
• Resolve issues related to orders, delivery delays or customer complaints.
• Prepare sales reports and order reports for management.
• Ensure all order records are maintained accurately and neatly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service or Sales Administration (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/SQL systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

SKILLS

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
