RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate delivery schedules with the logistics team.
- Ensure documents such as Delivery Order (DO), Invoice and Packing List are prepared accurately.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status.
- Resolve issues related to orders, delivery delays or customer complaints.
- Prepare sales reports and order reports for management.
- Ensure all order records are maintained accurately and neatly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service or Sales Administration (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/SQL systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
SKILLS
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
