About the Role

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in HVAC / M&E / construction / building services industry.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in HVAC sales may also be considered.
  • Knowledge in HVAC systems (air handling units, chillers, ventilation, ducting, VRF/VRV, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal (Proficient in English).
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to clients and consultants.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills with customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD (added advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills to prepare cost estimates, quotations, and proposals.

RESPONSIBILITIES (KEY REQUIREMENTS)

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Conduct site visits and liaise with project teams to provide technical support.
  • Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the management.
  • Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
