About the Role

Training placement under PROTÉGÉ program for durations of  6 months. 

• Assist in planning and execution of coating and construction projects
• Prepare technical documents, method statements, proposals, and tender submissions
• Attend site visits, inspections, and technical briefings with clients and consultants
• Coordinate with operations, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with technical specifications
• Prepare project documentation including Daily Progress Reports, Inspection Reports, and Project Closure Reports
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving technical issues, defects, and non-conformances
• Support development and improvement of SOPs, work procedures, and safety practices
• Provide technical support to sales and project teams when required
