The findings from this study are crucial for UTM to:
i. Gain your perspective on academic aspects, facilities, and learning experiences at UTM.
ii. Assist the university in enhancing the quality of service delivery.
iii. Evaluate the employment performance of graduates in the job market after completing their studies.
