We are in collaboration with Yayasan Petronas and we are looking to recruit 30 IT Interns or graduates to be placed in various departments in our institution such as:
Centre of Technology & Innovation Department (Software Development & Data Analytics)
Technology & Infrastructure Department (IT Support, Networking & Troubleshooting)
Forensic & Cybersecurity Research Centre (Cybersecurity)
APU XR (Meta) Studio (Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Mixed Reality)
Center for Research and Development of IoT (Internet of Things)
Corporate Training (Web Development & App Development)
Enterprise @ APU (Entrepreneurship & Innovation Hub)
The IT Intern will be responsible for providing support to the various departments above such as maintaining computer systems and networks, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the implementation of new systems and upgrades. The intern will have the opportunity to work with experienced IT professionals and gain hands-on experience in a corporate IT environment.
Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
Knowledge of either one of the following
Software Development
Data Analytics
Cybersecurity
Web Development
Networking
IT Support
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Students looking for internships in their final year/after completion of studies.
Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
